Experience the hill country in a spacious tiny home with full size kitchen and private back yard. All new, super clean and comfy tiny home located minutes from the lake and a short drive to Austin. Only a few minute drive to off-site pool and Lake Travis.
The space
This tiny home is located on a 1 acre property with other guests in the community. Cabin, travel trailers on site. See photos for details.
Access to off site pool with phone app, which can be checked out from host with 48 hour notice.

Trundle twin mattress (sofa bed) extends out - perfect for second guest bed or children.
We are on septic and well. Propane gas stove. Hill country wildlife and country roads.
Smart TVs, no cable. Free wifi

Guests have access to lawn area and deck on site. This area is located in front of the modular home. This area is open for guests to use. Private deck

The area is quiet and any pets on site are leash kept and well mannered

WOW. What a great experience we had visiting Austin for the first time. This Airbnb is everything and more, it is absolutely perfect. Pet friendly, cozy, and a gated community. The bed is so comfortable and the water pressure is outstanding. You can’t go wrong staying at this Airbnb. The hosts are outstanding and very accommodating. We already can’t wait for our next stay. This is a cute and cozy small house. Sandy and Brandon were very nice and responded to any questions I had. It's a gated area which is a security plus! The small private back yard was great since I had my 2 miniature schnauzers with me.
I enjoyed staying here.

This place was a great stay for me and my dog! There was ample space with lots of windows and light and a yard. Very close to lakes and amazing parks and trails.
We greatly enjoyed the peaceful and quiet stay and look forward to staying again when we need a break out in the Hill Country away from Central Austin.

Convenient to all shops and eats. My daughter and I loved waking up to the natural sunshine every day and dozing off in the quiet nights. Everything was clean. Loved the water pressure in the shower. yes, that is important to me The extra sofabed/couch was very cozy. Plenty of throws, pillows and blankets. Kitchen was lovely.

The front porch and backyard sweet for sipping our tea and coffee. Now the bed, it was AMAZINGLY comfy! No complaints. Rested very well. My Daughter and I truly appreciated the attention to details with all in and around the home. Loved it!! Would certainly book again!
